A generous 187 square meter wooden floor space provides an excellent venue for our daily complimentary “Yoga for Beginners” program, open for all guests to join, with stunning views over the resort gardens and adjacent rice terraces.

Aerial Yoga

Known as ‘anti-gravity yoga,’ it is a relatively new form of yoga that involves performing exercises inspired by yoga, Pilates, calisthenics, and aerial acrobatics while hanging from a fabric hammock suspended about a meter above the ground. Among the benefits of aerial yoga is the decompression of the spine, as the body hangs freely, relieving tension and promoting proper posture and alignment through relaxation rather than effort. During the aerial workout, almost every part of the body is forced to move and stretch, toning, strengthening, and rehabilitating all the muscles and joints in the process.

Morning Yoga

It involves a sequence of yoga postures, stretching movements, controlled breathwork, and meditation intended to invigorate the body, calm the mind, and establish a favorable atmosphere for the upcoming day. This routine might include a mix of sun salutations (a flowing sequence of poses), mild stretching, targeted yoga positions, controlled breathing techniques, and brief intervals of meditation or relaxation.

Mat Pilates

A form of exercise that focuses on strengthening the core muscles, improving flexibility, and developing balance. It is a low-impact exercise suitable for all fitness levels.

Meditation

A mind-body practice that involves training your attention and awareness to achieve a mentally clear and emotionally calm state. It is a simple yet powerful way to cultivate inner peace and well-being.

Afternoon Yoga

Yoga postures to calm the mind, draw your awareness inward, and activate the body system. It is performed in a relaxed manner to have a body cooling effect and replenish the vital energies of the body.

Yoga Wall

The Yoga Wall is a rope wall system, a method of yoga suspension based on the Iyengar yoga traditions. A safe, stable, and comfortable system that allows the use of gravity and traction to improve both your fitness and yoga movements.
