Free Style Yoga

A non-spiritual Yoga class – A total mind & body workout, It's based around the many different styles of yoga but focuses on the fitness, rather than spiritual, aspect of Yoga, incorporating stretch, strength & yoga postures.

Power Yoga

Power yoga is incredibly good exercise as it is aerobic and rigorous. Through quick movements and long holds, power yoga is designed to increase your heart rate, strengthen your muscles and build endurance, as well as improve your flexibility and balance.

Restorative Yoga

Yoga postures developed poses done with so as to make the body more relaxed, every yoga poses that do have pauses longer periods of time and maintain a position with relax. Pose – yoga poses done can heal and renew the whole body both physically and emotionally.

Sunset Yoga

Absorbing energy of Sunset this  yoga combines simple, full-body moves with breathing techniques and meditation principles to enter a flow of poses sequence and deep relaxation. By staying present in your motion and remaining focused on your breathing, even gentle movement can notably influence your wellness level.

Yogalates

Yogalates is a form of exercise that combines elements of yoga and Pilates. It is a great way to improve your physical and mental well-being, increase your flexibility, and build strength and balance. It can also help you to reduce stress and improve your overall sense of mindfulness and relaxation.

Aqua Yoga

Aqua yoga is a type of yoga in which the asanas are performed in water. Aqua yoga adapts the postures and principles of yoga, including breathing and mindfulness, to an aquatic environment. It is said to be a particularly relaxing, soothing and restorative form of yoga due to the effect on the body of being in the water.

Meditation

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. This Practice not trying to turn off your thoughts or feelings. But make you learn to observe them without judgment. And eventually, you may start to better understand them as well.

Sun Salutation

Performing yoga at sunrise is the optimal way to experience its physical, mental and emotional benefits. The invigorating and challenging poses of Sun Salutation Yoga will awaken your senses with the rise of sun leaving you energized for the rest of your day.

Pilates (Mat)

The Pilates exercise technique is a set of principles and exercises which works the whole body in balance, coordinating the upper and lower musculature with the body’s centre.  This dramatically improves strength, flexibility, posture and coordination. The outcome is a balanced body which is strong and supple with a flat abdominals, balanced legs and a strong back

Vinyasa

Vinyasa Yoga is derived from the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa and employs the technique of “connecting postures” and breath-synchronized movements that lead you to a path of physical lightness and mental peace. Your body, mind and spirit will be synchronized granting you truly holistic well-being.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga as exercise, incorporating principles of traditional Chinese medicine, with asanas (postures) that are held for longer periods of time than in other styles.

Pranayama

Pranayama is an ancient yogic practice that focuses on controlled breathing techniques to enhance the flow of prana, or life force energy, within the body. Derived from the Sanskrit words "prana" (life force) and "yama" (control), pranayama involves conscious regulation of breath to bring about physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. Pranayama is a powerful tool for cultivating a deeper mind-body connection, fostering overall well-being, and promoting a sense of inner calm and balance. It is a fundamental aspect of traditional yogic philosophy that continues to be embraced and valued in modern wellness practices.
