Yoga Practice

Yoga is a unique work out that comprises a series of postures that exercise both the body and the spirit, simultaneously improving the well-being of both. This involves engaging all of one’s senses, getting in touch with nature and enjoying the serenity of the practice itself.

Ashtanga Yoga

This is a style of yoga as an exercise created by K. Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century, often promoted as a modern-day form of classical Indian yoga. Aqua Yoga

Aqua yoga is a type of yoga in which the asanas are performed in water. Aqua yoga adapts the postures and principles of yoga, including breathing and mindfulness, to an aquatic environment. It is said to be a particularly relaxing, soothing and restorative form of yoga due to the effect on the body of being in the water.
