What are the spa’s operating hours?

Spa treatments are available daily from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

How do I book a spa treatment?

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service, especially for multiple treatments. Guests can schedule appointments or make inquiries by dialing 6 from their suite or villa.

What if I have a medical condition, professional health treatment, or am pregnant?

Please inform us at the time of booking. Knowing about any health treatments, medical conditions, or pregnancy allows us to guide you toward the safest and most suitable treatments.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

• Notice Required: Please give at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% fee.

• No-Shows: Guests who miss their appointment without notice will be charged the full treatment price.

• Medical Exceptions: If you must cancel due to illness, a valid doctor’s certificate is required to qualify for a refund.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to fill out a brief consultation form and enjoy a refreshment. Please keep potential traffic delays in mind when planning your arrival.

What happens if I arrive late?

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time so that we can maintain our schedule for subsequent guests.

What should I wear to the spa?

Wear whatever feels comfortable. We provide sarongs, towels, and disposable undergarments for your service. Our therapists are trained to respect your privacy and ensure your comfort at all times.

How should I prepare for a facial treatment?

• Contact Lenses: We suggest removing contact lenses prior to your facial; please bring your lens storage case.

• Shaving: We recommend that male guests shave prior to receiving a facial treatment.

Where can I keep my personal belongings and valuables?

A safety box is available at the spa, but we strongly advise keeping high-value items inside your villa/suite room safe. Management accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal property on the spa premises.
