What are the hours of operation for the spa, gym, and yoga classes?

Operating hours are as follows:

• Gym: Open daily from 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

• Yoga Classes: Available daily from 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Spa Treatments: Available daily from 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

How do I book a spa treatment?

We highly recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and service, especially if you plan to enjoy multiple appointments. To schedule a session or inquire further, dial 6 from your room.

What if I have a health condition, medical complication, or am pregnant?

Please inform our team at the time of booking. Disclosing any professional health treatments, medical complications, or pregnancy allows us to guide you toward the safest and most suitable treatments.

What is the cancellation and rescheduling policy?

• Notice Required: Please provide at least 12 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule without penalty.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will incur a 50% charge.

• No-Shows: Missed appointments without notice will be charged at full price.

• Medical Exceptions: If you must cancel due to illness or medical reasons, a valid doctor’s certificate is required to qualify for a refund.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to complete a consultation form and enjoy a refreshment. Please keep local traffic conditions in mind when planning your arrival.

What happens if I arrive late?

Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time so that we can maintain our schedule for subsequent guests.

What should I wear to the spa?

Wear whatever feels comfortable. We provide sarongs, towels, and disposable undergarments for your treatment. Our therapists will ensure your comfort and privacy at all times.

How should I prepare for a facial treatment?

• Contact Lenses: We recommend removing contact lenses prior to your facial; please bring your personal storage case.

• Shaving: We recommend that male guests shave prior to receiving a facial.

Where can I keep my personal belongings and valuables?

A safety box is available at the spa, but we strongly advise keeping high-value items in your room safe. Management accepts no responsibility for lost or damaged personal property on the spa premises.
